When Winning is All that Counts

Whether it’s ongoing stress, domestic disputes, never-ending challenges, workplace conflicts with managers, or “the system”, it all comes down to this:

What do you gain from the aftermath of the battle?

It’s important to walk away with your self-respect.  You can do this if you can exit at the right time.

When all is said and done and the battle degenerates to the point where you want nothing more than to win, you will probably feel broken and humiliated.

After the battle, the words to use are:

Unfair advantage, spitefulness, deception, and resentment.

DO THIS:

Practice energetic protection often, daily, and whenever you feel vulnerable.  Allow this protective energy to surround and care for you through support and boundaries.

An easy but effective protective method is to cut the Cords.  Spiritually cut the cords surrounding you from conversations, activities, relationships, past lives, etc.

To cut the Cords, close your eyes to visualize where these cords may be located around you.  With the outer edge of your hand, reach out and slice the cords so that they fall away.

MEDITATION:

Settle yourself in a quiet, safe place.  As you breathe in deeply, a glowing light surrounds your body.

Your inbreaths bring healing, protection, and peace.  Your outbreaths release toxins and negativity that are sstuck in your body.  This inbreathing and outbreathing brings peace, protection, and soothing properties.  As the breath goes, so goes the tension.  The inbreaths bring deeper peace and protection.

If you are aware of any place in your body that feels uncomfortable, give it permission to relax.  Your breathing soothes stiffness and stress.

Take a couple of special breaths where you send the healing air to those body parts that are still stressed.  Remind your body that this is the time to be at peace, at ease, and to heal.

You see a heaing pink light coming toward you.  As it floats into your space, it moves and surrounds you.  You feel a wave of this healing light relaxing you.  You notice your muscles letting go as they become loose and relax.  Your mind clears.

You are in a protective space which cancels negativity.

You know that you can return to this space whenever you want.  This protection is available for you anytime you call it in.

You feel refreshed now.  Your muscles and nerves are relaxed now.  Your eyes are refreshed.  You know you are protected, healed, and loved.

This space is available to you any time you want to return to it.

The Fourth Chakra and Reflexology

tree

The fourth Chakra reflex point is found on the ball of the foot.  This is where we find the  heart, lungs, breasts, thymus gland, shoulders.

Fourth Chakra issues include:

self esteem

personal power

intimacy

forgiveness

IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO LEARN ABOUT FOURTH CHAKRA ISSUES WITHOUT QUESTIONING:

Are you able to express your emotions?

Do you need to protect yourself?

Do you have problems giving and receiving love?

Are you living a divided life?

Have you created a protective barrier around your heart?

Do you have trouble forgiving people?

Do you fear rejection?

Do you feel vulnerable?

Is it physically/emotionally painful to move forward in life?

Are you hiding your true self from others?

Grief is a fourth Chakra issue.  We know as Reflexology for the Spirit practitioners that grief is housed in the ball of the foot – the heart – the lungs.

The fourth Chakra builds on the lower three Chakras  as our thoughts and dreams take on language, expression.  The fourth Chakra is where the moment of inspiration which took place in the first Chakra, now becomes entire paragraphs, both spoken and written.

The fourth Chakra links the spiritual and physical bodies as well as their issues.  This is because the fourth Chakra is the our energetic center,  working to fuse the physical and spiritual bodies.

When this happens, we are able to touch others as well as allowing them  to touch our lives.  The goal is unconditional love.  A good way to get insight about unconditional love is to pay attention to cats and dogs, 2 creatures which practice unconditional love routinely.

Our heart Chakra  pulls us into relationships involving

intimacy

risk

forgiveness

sensitivities

fear

grief.

Grief is an important fourth Chakra issue.  Grief blocks fourth Chakra energy.   Letting go of grief and wounding opens our hearts.

The state of the fourth Chakra is easily seen in one’s posture.  People suffering with heart Chakra issues may be

round-shouldered

sunken-chested

stiff

rigid.

Unbalanced fourth Chakras can also been seen in people with heart and respiratory problems.  Heart surgery can have a direct impact on the heart Chakra.

Meditations can be important.  Meditations focusing on:

grief

heart opening

breathing

can help balance the fourth Chakra.

When you work with your client partner’s fourth Chakra, you offer the opportunity to help him/her release grief.  It’s in the fourth Chakra that we find

an open heart,

the energy to give,

and a straighter body.

The Spirituality of the Sinuses

tree

Our sinuses are very spiritual.  They:

are connected to our sense of smell which moves back and forth through time as aromas and scents are drawn in through our nose.

give resonance to the voice, so important to communication.

are  front line protection against foreign invaders as they prevent dust, germs, and other foreign particles from entering the lungs.

reduce the weight of the skull because they are empty cavities.  This is important because the skull sits on small neck bones.

A gift  you can give to your sinuses is work them in  self-administered reflexology sessions.  Sinuses love reflexology, especially  hand reflexology.

Short meditations also help the sinuses offer more protection.

Begin by finding a quiet, safe place.

Breathe in and out consciously for about 2 minutes.  Breathe slowly and mindfully.  Allow your  breathing to become regular, grounded.

As you breathe, allow your sinuses to clear and heal.  Offer your sinuses an opportunity to function at their maximum health, and well-being level.

At this point,  speak to your inner self.  Give yourself permission to feel safe, protected, lovingly cared for….out of harm’s way.

Now, relax for a minute or two.  Close your eyes and visualize  receiving caring attention and support.

End this session by moving slowly for a minute.
