“A Lightbulb Moment”
Are you in a situation where you can’t seem to get to the outcome you seek? The decision you need is just not happening. Your options are not clear enough. You’re questions are muddled. Your thinking is clouded. Judgment is eluding you. The answer you seek is hiding somewhere.
Where is the answer?
A clarity breakthrough (lightbulb moment) is not usually the story’s beginning. Muddled questions, clouded thinking, and elusive judgment begin the story.
While these things happen, your unconscious mind gathers insight and makes information available.
At this point, you are in a situation called “Gift card”. Consider what happens when you receive a gift card. You know that you’re receiving something. You don’t yet know how you might use it.
You don’t see this gift’s size, shape, weight, or anything else. You may not know much about where you’ll spend your currency. You may not yet even know its value. You may not be able to visualize how it will end up.
It’s up to you to create the opportunity you’ve been seeking.
You are in the middle of a life-changing event. Take that elusive opportunity and make it what it will eventually become.
In the middle of the confusion, do not doubt your situation for even one moment. Your conscious mind collects and organizes the information. Meanwhile, the truth of your answer bubbles up. Your unconscious mind is on the job, gathering insight and making the information available.
Take a deep breath. Your lightbulb moment is on the way. Ground yourself so you can make it real.
When you allow yourself to be truthful and authentic, the truth and its timing will bust loose. Clear thinking will tell you what you want to know.
You are inspired, motivated and energized. You see the potential of the outcome.
This can be a spiritual event.
Whether or not you see this as a spiritual event, it is definitely a positive lightbulb moment encouraging new beginnings, and decisions.
You can act on this information.
DO THIS:
Schedule a Reiki session. Actually, it doesn’t matter whether you book an appointment and receive a session or offer yourself Reiki. However you bring Reiki into your life, it is appropriate.
Reiki blends with other bodywork modalities. Incorporate it into your healing sessions.
MEDITATION:
Find a comfortable, safe place to sit quietly or lie down. Do some slow deep breathing. As you inhale and exhale, feel yourself relax. Accept the healing meditation.
As you release all your tensions and worries, allow yourself to embrace this healing moment.
Visualize clouds above you. Notice the clouds now. What do they look like? What are the colors in the clouds? How are they moving across the sky?
Notice the sun now. Observe how it shines its light down on you through the clouds. Feel the sun’s warmth on your body.
You feel the sun’s rays warming your body. You feel the warmth internally.
You notice that the sun’s warming rays are focusing on your heart. This warmth is enlightening.
You want to share this healing energy that you feel now. Encourage it to heal and transform your home, your town, your state, your country, the entire planet. You encourage it to heal all the people and animals and plants throughout the earth.
Sit with this healing and transformational energy for a few moments as you focus and expand your feelings to include gratitude.
As you feel the gratitude in you and around you, you realize that you are surrounded by love and abundance throughout your life.
Enjoy this for a moment.
It is time to return to your day now. You know you can return to this place with its healing and transformational energy whenever you want.

Boredom: Is it Safe for Me Right Now?
Have you had the chance to be bored lately? It’s certainly not exciting.
But such luxury!
Boredom comes on the heels of fun, joy, and all good things. Sometimes, when boredom sets in, I wander through the house wondering things like: Why? What should I do now?
Once I define my situation: the blahs! – I like to take a little time and reflect on this experience. Truly, I’m a little afraid of boredom.
Boredom, after all, creates space for new and different and creative things to germinate. Unexpected opportunities will appear, that’s for sure.
Meanwhile, I think about boredom. Sitting is for thinking. Lying down is for recharging. Sleeping is for healing. Standing is for action.
Sitting invites unexpected opportunities.
When I’m bored, I stop and talk with myself about encouraging unexpected opportunities. I know they always come: hand-in-hand with boredom.
It’s easy to live with boredom. After all, “blah” is safe, if nothing else.
When, if, you can shake off boredom, you’ll discover opportunities you’ve never noticed before. They’ve been hiding just out of sight.
This is also a good time to focus on things you can create. Tap into a timeline which isn’t available right now. It’s there though. Just out of sight.
Take time to meditate now. Slow your mind a bit and heal. Meditation can release old emotions, making room for renewal and newness. This helps you become comfortable.
Begin with an out-of-the-way spot where you feel safe and comfortable. Take a deep breath. Hold it for a moment and exhale. As you inhale and exhale, release old memories, fears, and everything that no longer serves you.
Release tension with each exhale.
Breathe in all that you need with each inhale.
With a final inhale, see that you are walking in a forest. Observe the stillness and the quiet as you walk along. Smell the trees, flowers, and the clean green of the forest.
As you walk along, you come to a small pool with a gentle waterfall. There is a bench just on the edge of the pool.
Everything is clean, quiet, and inviting. You remove your shoes and clothes and put them on the bench. Then you step into the pool. The water is just the perfect temperature. You enjoy the feel of the water as you sit in the pool
While you are surrounding yourself in the pool, you look at the area around the edge of the pool. You notice the plants, the trees, and the sunlight coming down through the trees in the area around you.
As the water surrounds your body, you feel renewed, cleansed, and refreshed.
You feel like a new person.
After a short time, you look around and know it’s time to leave the pool. You step out of the pool and find a new towel on the bench. You dry yourself with the towel.
As you reach for your clothes, you notice they are different from the ones you left there. These new clothes feel soft and shimmery as you put them on. They fit you perfectly. The colors are your favorites.
The clothes fit perfectly. You look different now. You feel different, changed somehow. You begin to walk away from the pool.
As you walk away, you come to a figure on the path. You know, without being told, that this person is joining you to answer a question you have in your heart. .
The answer to your question appears in your mind and heart.
You know now, it is time to return to the present as you receive the wise being’s blessing.
You leave the pool area on a path. Feeling positive, you notice your surroundings. You are ready to process the information you received in the forest.
It’s time to return to the present. Filled with gratitude, you know that you can return to this place any time you want.
You send messages of gratitude to your family and friends.
