What Do You See?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Page’s tunic is dark red – a regal color symbolizing ambition<\/p>\n

Red boots symbolize energy.<\/p>\n

Yellow sleeves are a symbol of the intellect<\/p>\n

The blue mountains stand for truth and spirituality.<\/p>\n

Getting to Know the Page of Swords<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Page of Swords is talkative – asking many questions – mostly beginning with “Why?” Good reading and writing skills go with the questions.\u00a0 The Page seeks continually guidance.\u00a0 As the Page does this, they seem to be older than the child they are.\u00a0 Two things:\u00a0 The Page of Swords, as young as they are, likes truth and revenge.<\/p>\n

It’s obvious that this Page is a Leader-in-Training.\u00a0 The tongue is sharp, the mind is quick, and the attitude is no-nonsense.<\/p>\n

The Page of Swords seeks answers:\u00a0 “Where am I going?” as they explore reality.\u00a0 This attitude brings learning surprises, especially when it seems every person learns a lesson.<\/p>\n

Never underestimate The Page of Swords.\u00a0 Two things stand out here:\u00a0 Honesty, and the ability to choose sides.\u00a0 These qualities can lead to scuffles.<\/p>\n

Story<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Page of Swords isn’t always a boy.\u00a0 \u00a0 One of my favorites is a girl.\u00a0 She’s both curious and intelligent so she’s always seeking to study and think – study and think – study and think.\u00a0 Darwin is seeking answers.<\/p>\n

Darwin is at the university again this semester.\u00a0 And, she’s signed up for the most challenging physics, mathematics class, and something else I can’t spell.<\/p>\n

Darwin always loves animals and communicates with them.\u00a0 I tell people that Darwin was born knowing animal communication.\u00a0 Truthfully, she was born with many talents.\u00a0 Darwin is simply choosing the sciences at the university and the animals at the shelter.<\/p>\n

Darwin is so adorable that I’m sure she’s going to be successful at a career when she decides to choose one.\u00a0 In the meantime – it’s question, think, and learn.<\/p>\n

Darwin’s cause is the environment.\u00a0 Clear-thinking and dedicated to this cause,\u00a0 she knows how to take useful information and work hard to make it pay off.\u00a0 Darwin’s brain works hard for the cause all the while being charming, clever, and a good conversationalist.<\/p>\n

Personally, I think we need more Darwin Page of Swords in the world today.\u00a0 They they mature, wonderful things can happen.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Life Changing Rituals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Keep plants in the house.\u00a0 Open the windows when you can.<\/p>\n

Skip the fruit juice but eat the fruit.<\/p>\n

The next time you find yourself worrying, remind yourself this:\u00a0 “think positive” has many wonderful benefits.\u00a0 So, just find the silver lining!<\/p>\n

Meditation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to a safe and private space.<\/p>\n

Turn the lights down to a comfortable light in the area.\u00a0 Light a candle if you want.\u00a0 Put on some healing music.\u00a0 Make sure the space is comfortable for you – neither too hot nor too cold.<\/p>\n

Get comfortable.\u00a0 Either sit or lie down in a comfortable position.<\/p>\n

Focus on your breathing now.\u00a0 Notice the rhythm.\u00a0 Notice how, with each outbreath, your breath becomes calmer and more regular.\u00a0 With each inbreath, you relax more fully.<\/p>\n

Pay attention to your inbreathing now.\u00a0 Follow your inbreath as you follow the air when it calmly enters your body through your nostrils. Feel the air as it moves along the back of your throat and down into your lungs.<\/p>\n

Notice how it gets warmer as the breath you take into your nostrils enters your lungs.<\/p>\n

The air comes into your nostrils cool and leaves your nostrils warm.<\/p>\n

Feel completely calm and relaxed.<\/p>\n

Now feel your body\u00a0 – every cell, every organ is now doing what it should be doing in harmony.<\/p>\n

Let yourself feel capable, effective, and responsible now.<\/p>\n

Feel stronger now as you work more easily and overcome challenges easily.<\/p>\n

Feel stronger and more effective now.<\/p>\n

This strength allows you to feel calmer and more relaxed.\u00a0 You see that your life is easier.\u00a0 You are more effective in your life now.<\/p>\n

Now you are able to remain calm.\u00a0 You know you can take this relaxation with you throughout your day.<\/p>\n

You know that you can return to this space whenever you want as you return to your day.<\/p>\n
