What Do You See?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Salamanders on the tunic are a symbol of unfinished things.<\/p>\n

The light blue sky is the heavens – the divine realm<\/p>\n

The desert – a new opportunity is coming from nothingness<\/p>\n

Red plume on hat – burning for a cause<\/p>\n

Wand – the large wand is a sign of youth<\/p>\n

Pyramids – wisdom, science, mystery, and the gods<\/p>\n

Hands – holding onto something<\/p>\n

Yellow clothes – excitement<\/p>\n

Getting to Know The Page of Wands\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Page of Wands is a messenger, out to enjoy life and begin something – maybe an adventure.\u00a0 There is massive potential here.\u00a0 Because everything is new and fresh, the new beginning gives them the energy to be eager and excited.\u00a0 Certainly, they are ready to commit to something – their first adventure maybe?<\/p>\n

Inspiration accompanies potential.\u00a0 Strength and potential are limitless.\u00a0 Sometimes it helps to just breathe.\u00a0 Give them\u00a0 a chance to explore the different options available.\u00a0 Most important, allow them to dream!\u00a0 Cultivate creative energy.\u00a0 Be grateful for the simple joys in life and for the risks they’ve been lucky enough to experience.\u00a0 Say “yes” to opportunities.\u00a0 Important:\u00a0 The Page of Wands needs to find ways to control opportunities.<\/p>\n

This is especially important when the Page’s wand appears to be alive.<\/p>\n

Story<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Page of Wands sat down at my Tarot table in the coffee house late one winter afternoon.\u00a0 A petite young person, the Page had enough gorgeous hair for three people.\u00a0 The long, thick, curls attracted everyone’s attention as he walked in the room.\u00a0 And, frankly, I didn’t know whether I was looking at a young man or woman until I saw the neat little mustache.\u00a0 Certainly the thick, long, curls weren’t going to tell me.<\/p>\n

“I think I’m at a crossroads and I want to know what might be a good way to go.”\u00a0 The different life paths he described were all “uptown” problems.\u00a0 It was obvious to me, this young Page manufactures opportunity every day of the work.<\/p>\n

A student at an area University with grades “to die for”, his life was just beginning.\u00a0 As we discussed his options, it became clear that whatever he chooses to do, his path will be energetic, creative, and positive.<\/p>\n

And, one thing is for sure:\u00a0 As he travels on his journey through his life, he will give us each a gift as he touches our lives.\u00a0 As he shares his free spirit, we will all have a good time.<\/p>\n

Life Changing Rituals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Embrace the self-care of mindful attention as you focus and feel grateful for the simple joys of life.<\/p>\n

Other times it’s better to dance or hike in the forest.<\/p>\n

What sparks your creativity?<\/p>\n

Meditatiion<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to your private, safe space and get comfortable.\u00a0 Turn on healing music and light your favorite incense.<\/p>\n

Remove your shoes.\u00a0 Keep your socks on if you prefer.\u00a0 Or, remove your socks if you want.\u00a0 Using your hands, massage your feet\u00a0 for 2-3 minutes\u00a0 \u00a0There is no right or wrong way for this introduction.<\/p>\n

The intention is to allow your feet to feel free and you want to improve the blood flow.<\/p>\n

Now, rotate your feet in circles at your ankles.\u00a0 Hold your feet in your hands and rotate them.<\/p>\n

Allow your breathing to relax and become slower.<\/p>\n

Now, stretch your feet in all directions.<\/p>\n

Move your toes to the left and right.\u00a0 Move your toes up and down.<\/p>\n

Stretch your feet in all directions.<\/p>\n

Continue with your relaxing breaths and pay attention to the muscles and tendons in your feet.<\/p>\n

Begin at your ankles and comfortably massage your muscles and tendons down toward your toes.<\/p>\n

Loosen any tight places you find.<\/p>\n

Turning your attention to the soles of your feet, massage them with a circular motion.<\/p>\n

If your feet feel ticklish, this is a signal to apply deeper pressure.<\/p>\n

Run your fingers and thumbs up and down the soles of your feet.<\/p>\n

Tune into your feet now.\u00a0 Notice any thoughts, feelings, and sensations you experience.<\/p>\n

Now, move your attention to the top of your feet and calmly massage them.\u00a0 The idea is to relax and loosen the muscles, tendons, and joints on the tops of your feet beginning at your ankles.<\/p>\n

Tune into your feet now.\u00a0 What sensations do you experience in your feet?<\/p>\n

It is time to put your shoes on now.\u00a0 Take a moment to thank your feet for all the places they take you every day.<\/p>\n

Send gratitude to your feet.<\/p>\n

Pause now to breathe slowly and deeply.<\/p>\n

Return to your day now, knowing that you can return to this relaxing foot massage any time you want.<\/p>\n
