An Angel Invites You In"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Page0002-211.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-609\" alt=\"Page0002 (2)\" src=\"http:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Page0002-21-242x300.jpg\" width=\"242\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Page0002-21-242x300.jpg 242w, https:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Page0002-21-827x1024.jpg 827w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 242px) 100vw, 242px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you want, turn on some quiet meditation music.<\/p>\n<p>Get comfortable, either seated or lying flat, face up. \u00a0Make sure your spine is straight and your hands are relaxed.<\/p>\n<p>Focus on your breathing as you relax with each inhalation. \u00a0Breathe in relaxation.\u00a0 Breathe out any tension you feel. \u00a0Breathe in relaxation. \u00a0Breathe out tension.<\/p>\n<p>Gently and slowly, scan your body as you check for any place where you may be holding tension. \u00a0Head, face, neck, shoulders.<\/p>\n<p>Breathe in relaxation. \u00a0Breathe out tension. \u00a0Continue to scan your body for places where you may be holding tension. \u00a0Check your chest, abdomen, back, arms, hands, fingers.<\/p>\n<p>Breathe in relaxation. \u00a0Breathe out tension. \u00a0Now scan your hips, legs, feet, and toes. \u00a0Breathe in relaxation. \u00a0Breathe out the last of your tension.<\/p>\n<p>Now, check how your entire body feels. \u00a0Breathe in more relaxation. \u00a0Breathe out the last of your fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>Make your eyes soft now. \u00a0Look around you. \u00a0You find yourself walking on a path.<\/p>\n<p>As you walk along, you see an angel seated on a bench beside this path. \u00a0As you approach the bench, the angel stands up and joins you on your walk.<\/p>\n<p>You feel immediately comforted by this angel. \u00a0You notice what this angel looks like. \u00a0How does this angel to you?\u00a0 You notice every detail so you&#8217;ll be able to remember this moment better.<\/p>\n<p>You know, within yourself,\u00a0 this angel is here for you. \u00a0And, you know\u00a0 this angel has a gift\u00a0for you.<\/p>\n<p>The two of you walk along this path. \u00a0You are relaxed, peaceful, content. \u00a0You feel comfortable within yourself. \u00a0The temperature around you is just right for the moment. \u00a0You are enjoying being in this natural setting and you are enjoying being with the angel.<\/p>\n<p>You feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. \u00a0You notice a slight breeze. \u00a0You hear the gentle sounds of wildlife as you walk along the path.<\/p>\n<p>As the two of you walk along, you see a house ahead on the path. \u00a0Now you know why the angel has joined you today.<\/p>\n<p>You notice the details of this house just as you noticed the details of the angel. \u00a0You take note of the size of the house. \u00a0You observe the windows, the doors, the siding.<\/p>\n<p>You pay close attention to the landscaping. \u00a0You see all of the details of the yard&#8230;the flowers&#8230;the trees. \u00a0The house, the yard, everything is perfect.<\/p>\n<p>The angels walks over to the front door and opens it for you. \u00a0You step inside and immediately notice every detail.<\/p>\n<p>You are filled with gratitude, knowing withing yourself that this house is yours. \u00a0It&#8217;s a gift from the angel.<\/p>\n<p>You explore the house now, noticing colors, textures, furnishings, objects.<\/p>\n<p>Then, you select a relaxing activity to enjoy in your house.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0You are in this house to relax and enjoy yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, you and the angel know it&#8217;s time to return to your path. \u00a0The angel urges you to remember all the details of your house. \u00a0You know the house belongs to you and is waiting for you anytime you need it.<\/p>\n<p>You and the angel go to the door now, open it, walk outside, and then close it. \u00a0The two of you walk down the path. \u00a0After a few steps you look back at the house and know you will return whenever you need.<\/p>\n<p>Then, you thank the angel for this gift which you can cherish and use whenever you need. \u00a0The two of you come to the bench. \u00a0The angel sits down on the bench and waves goodbye to you as you walk down the path again.<\/p>\n<p>You turn and offer a heartfelt &#8220;thank you&#8221;
