The green landscape indicates her success.<\/p>\n

The blue mountains in the background indicate a peak experience.<\/p>\n

The position of the woman’s hands demonstrates hands-on healing.<\/p>\n

The woman and the lion show the ability of the meek to overcome the mighty.<\/p>\n

The red lion stands for power and fire.<\/p>\n

GETTING TO KNOW STRENGTH.<\/p>\n

Are you making your way through a risky situation?\u00a0 Are you overcoming fear?<\/p>\n

For me, the Strength Card is a feminine card showing that intuition and gentle responses are more effective than sledgehammer tactics.\u00a0 Negotiation and balanced calm win over a seemingly impossible challenge.\u00a0 Call on focus, patience, and stillness when you tune into your intuition to really understand the situation.<\/p>\n

With the Strength Card, your inner strength and courage guide you to stand firm because you are grounded.\u00a0 When you are steady and calm, you can win. This is better than running, hiding, or denying the situation.<\/p>\n

Important!\u00a0 The Strength Card tackles anything and everything operating destructively in your life – from within or without.\u00a0 This includes anger, anxiety, despair, laziness, lust, and loneliness.<\/p>\n

Patience and courage are important.\u00a0 With determination you live up to your potential.\u00a0 Self-control and faith in yourself strengthen your intuition.<\/p>\n

Strength is an inner spiritual trait, overcoming ignorance and oppression as it solves your problems. With the Strength Card in control, tact and diplomacy work better than aggression and confrontation.<\/p>\n

Even in the thick of things, you can stand up for yourself.\u00a0 The change you fight for is worth the effort.<\/p>\n

In the end, it all comes down to forgiveness.<\/p>\n

A STORY<\/p>\n

One October afternoon, in 1976, I called on the Strength Card for help.\u00a0 I married Barry, my second husband only weeks before.\u00a0 Barry, myself, my two children, and\u00a0 a Keeshond puppy ived in an apartment near the Air Force base where Barry was stationed.<\/p>\n

With only two days’ notice, I learned my new in-laws were coming to visit.\u00a0 They arrived with a list of rules and conditions.\u00a0 One, my new mother-in-law was a chain smoker and they were trying to wean her off cigarettes.\u00a0 So, “Please, no smoking.”\u00a0 Two, they were staying a couple of weeks.\u00a0 And, on and on and on.\u00a0 The smoking prohibition impacted us strongly because both Barry and I were smokers.\u00a0 What were we going to do?<\/p>\n

We gave up the tobacco.<\/p>\n

It wasn’t easy but, when they left, I was no longer a smoker.\u00a0 During their visit, I gave up a habit of a decade.\u00a0 And, it stuck with me for life.<\/p>\n

With the Strength Card in my life, I overcame obstacles.\u00a0 I had the courage and resolve to cope with the challenges.<\/p>\n

The Strength Card responds to loneliness, grief, anger, depression, and anxiety.\u00a0 Channeling the inner beast and unruly passions positively is effective.\u00a0 This is a time to reconcile with the negativity in your life to win the battle.\u00a0 In fact, negativity teaches you how strong you are.<\/p>\n

When the weapon of choice is Strength, the potential is infinite.<\/p>\n

FOCUS IN<\/p>\n

Heal your own mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and mythical wellbeing.\u00a0 Enrich your relationship with yourself.\u00a0 This is definitely a time to call in\u00a0 Reiki.<\/p>\n

Include complementary medicine healthcare with your self-care.\u00a0 Lifestyle adjustments will support your improvement.\u00a0 This applies to things like fatigue, feeling down, or not coping.<\/p>\n

Throughout my life and career as a healer, I’ve seen healthcare and self-care turn people’s lives around.\u00a0 Miracles can happen when you care for yourself and include the Strength Card.\u00a0 For starters, your hair, skin, and nails improve.\u00a0 With sufficient sleep, yo wake up skills you didn’t even know you have.<\/p>\n

Never forget how forgiveness fits into the picture.<\/p>\n

MEDITATION<\/p>\n

Go to a private, safe meditation place.\u00a0 Get in your most comfortable position – either on a chair or a mat.<\/p>\n

Gently close your eyes as you begin your deep breathing pattern.\u00a0 Take several deep sighs of relief and relaxation.\u00a0 You may even have an urge to yawn.<\/p>\n

Begin your inbreaths as you relax. Each inbreath increases your relaxation level.\u00a0 Each outbreath releases toxins and negativity.\u00a0 As you breathe, and bring more relaxation, move into your calm posture of a warm golden sun and sky.\u00a0 You feel a gentle breeze as it rustles white clothing.<\/p>\n

Pay attention to the luscious green lawn beneath your feet.\u00a0 You see bountiful trees and shrubs in the distant meadow.\u00a0 You notice trees, flowers, grass.\u00a0 Birds, butterflies, and other insects seem to be abundantly happy.<\/p>\n

You are in a special place.<\/p>\n

Settling in your safe and secret space, you look down a path toward challenges and experiences.\u00a0 You see that you are at a place in life where you will know what is best for your future.\u00a0 It’s time to learn about yourself.<\/p>\n

Find the place of greatest comfort and forgiveness.<\/p>\n

Use your strength to feel safe now.\u00a0 Open your heart – both for yourself and the other.\u00a0 You are ready to\u00a0 take responsibility for your actions.\u00a0 You are ready to accept and forgive imperfections.<\/p>\n

It’s time to return to your day now.\u00a0 You know that you can return whenever you are ready.<\/p>\n

You are forgiven, for now and forever.<\/p>\n
