Every once in a while, you may need a life-changing boost.<\/p>\n

You find yourself in a situation where you need access to some extra power to\u00a0 change your life.\u00a0 You know you need this because your emotions and reason are conflicted.\u00a0 They are telling you so.<\/p>\n

You may even be at a point where you feel there are two truths in your situation.\u00a0 There is the truth which works for you and there is the truth which also works for someone else.<\/p>\n

When this happens, consider the discrepancies in the truths in your life.\u00a0 Listen to them.\u00a0 Meditate on them.\u00a0 Study the reality.\u00a0 Maybe both options are bad.<\/p>\n

You know you have the skills and resources to make a decision.\u00a0 Something is holding you down so that you cannot get to the outcome.<\/p>\n

Pause for a moment.\u00a0 You know you have everything you need.\u00a0What should you do?<\/p>\n

Do these three things:<\/p>\n

First, set aside your frustrations.\u00a0 This sounds easy but it can be challenging.<\/p>\n

Second, clean your glasses so that you can see the problem for what it actually is.\u00a0 Consider your wants, needs, and loves.\u00a0 Write a list of the pros and cons of the situation.<\/p>\n

Listen to your internal guidance and close your eyes.\u00a0 Trust your inner self to know the answer.\u00a0 It can be that the best advice you’re going to get comes from within..<\/p>\n

At this point, you know you have everything you need to reach the conclusion you need. You are seeing the issue for what it actually is.<\/p>\n

Finally – do you see an outcome?\u00a0 NO?<\/p>\n

Well, if you do not see the solution and you are, indeed, seeing the problem for what it is …then there is one last and final step.\u00a0 Trust your judgement.<\/p>\n

Get up and walk away.<\/p>\n

Walking away from the problem is a viable and realistic option when you do not see any other way.<\/p>\n

Many people stay in a situation with an unacceptable outcome because they don’t realize that they can leave.<\/p>\n

Leaving the problem behind is a viable and realistic option.\u00a0 There are times when\u00a0 walking away is the best option.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

DO THIS:<\/p>\n

This is the time for a self-care activity.\u00a0 Reflexology and\/or Reiki are soo good for you at this moment.\u00a0 Indulge yourself.\u00a0 This is not a luxury.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

MEDITATION:<\/p>\n

Begin this meditation by settling yourself in a private and safe space.<\/p>\n

Get comfortable.<\/p>\n

If it’s appropriate and comfortable, you may want to light a candle, burn incense, or play healing music.<\/p>\n

Close your eyes to begin your meditation.<\/p>\n

Begin slow, even breathing from deep in your abdomen.\u00a0 Breathe in clean, healing air.\u00a0 Breathe out toxins and negativity.\u00a0 The regularity of this slow, deep, breathing will guide you to get in touch with your inner power and knowing.<\/p>\n

After a few breaths, you realize you are walking along a path in a gentle forest area.\u00a0 As you walk along, you notice the aromas and sounds of this place.\u00a0 The flowers and birds in the area call out to you.\u00a0 You begin to feel that you are in a private park.<\/p>\n

Walking along,\u00a0 you see a beautiful little clearing with a bench.\u00a0 You know that you are being invited to sit on this bench.\u00a0 As you sit on the bench, you see light coming down from above.\u00a0 It is directed at where you are.\u00a0 Slowly and gently, the light gets brighter and you feel yourself becoming filled with light and healing energy.<\/p>\n

You feel that you are in this space at this time to allow you to ponder your question.\u00a0 You understand that your question has prevented you from feeling the oneness you share with the universe.<\/p>\n

You ask yourself if you feel unworthy of the answer.\u00a0 Maybe you are experiencing guilt.\u00a0 Maybe you fear the earth.\u00a0 Or, maybe it is several things combined.\u00a0 You allow these feelings to come forward.<\/p>\n

Now, you see them leaving you.\u00a0 You are letting them go.\u00a0 \u00a0You see the light becoming brighter now.\u00a0 It is filled with healing for you and your situation.\u00a0 You feel yourself being absorbed by the light as it’s healing allows you to just BE.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

This is a heart-expanding moment.\u00a0 You feel at one with the energy.\u00a0 You want this energy to be in your life.<\/p>\n

You enjoy this experience for a few more\u00a0 moments.<\/p>\n

It is time to return your awareness back into your area.\u00a0 Slowly and gently bring yourself back.<\/p>\n

Know that you can return to this space whenever you want.<\/p>\n
