How?<\/p>\n

Focus on those you love.\u00a0 Share your heart energy today and every single day.\u00a0 This is where you find happiness.<\/p>\n

you manifested this moment.\u00a0 This is your own success story.<\/p>\n

DO THIS:<\/p>\n

Journal a conversation with your inner child.\u00a0 Explore something you might not have understood in the past.\u00a0 Offer love and affection to your inner child now.\u00a0 Explain your feelings.\u00a0 You are complete as you are.<\/p>\n

What do you expect to happen in the future?<\/p>\n

Now, lay your hands on your journal and send it love and peace in the moment.<\/p>\n

MEDITATION:<\/p>\n

Go to a safe, secluded and comfortable space.\u00a0 Sit in a comfortable chair.<\/p>\n

Allow yourself to relax and feel good about your situation and your self.<\/p>\n

take several breaths which begin deep within your abdomen.\u00a0 Breathe in gratitude and positive thoughts. Close your eyes now as you inhale.\u00a0 \u00a0 As you exhale, visualize all negativity and toxins leaving your body and your space.<\/p>\n

You are relaxing now.\u00a0 As you breathe, feel this calm coming up through your feet and your legs.\u00a0 Feel this deep relaxation as it enters your entire body.\u00a0 In a short time, feel your inbreaths filling your entire body with light and positive energy.\u00a0 All is positive.<\/p>\n

After a few moments of in and out breaths, you feel deeply relaxed.<\/p>\n

You open your eyes and see that you are sitting in your chair under a large, inflated helium balloon.<\/p>\n

You are so relaxed that you feel weightless.<\/p>\n

You realize that you, your chair, and your helium balloon are floating up and up and up.<\/p>\n

You are are above the trees now.\u00a0 You look around and see this new vista generated by your place above the trees.<\/p>\n

Still rising, you float through a cloud.\u00a0 Looking down, you see the earth as a ball of light.\u00a0 You enjoy the love and acceptance coming to you from the earth.<\/p>\n

After a few moments, you know that it is time for you to return to your quiet space and your celebration of your self.\u00a0 You begin to float down, down, down.<\/p>\n

You return to this space where you began your journey feeling happy and relaxed.<\/p>\n

You take a deep breath.\u00a0 You know you can return to this journey any time you want.<\/p>\n
