Security, success, and abundance are waiting for us to seek out.\u00a0 There is enough to spread around and share.<\/p>\n

Watch everything shift when you add positive energy and abundance to your life.<\/p>\n

Your family and the surrounding community are the foundation for this situation.\u00a0 Your support group and your community represent strength and comfort for us all.<\/p>\n

Something I’ve thought about recently is legacy.\u00a0 What do you want for yourself and what are your long term goals?<\/p>\n

What improvements can you make?<\/p>\n

What can you create in this world?<\/p>\n

How can you touch hearts?<\/p>\n

Can you build a future with hard work, love, and commitment?<\/p>\n

Can you offer a gift to your community?<\/p>\n

What can a lasting gift from you be?<\/p>\n

Can you create things that others will consider meaningful?<\/p>\n

Work is challenging.\u00a0 Paying attention to your body, it facilitates a lot of your life with mostly not too many complaints.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Take a moment now and pay attention to your body.\u00a0 Do you notice any areas needing attention?\u00a0 Is your body speaking to you?<\/p>\n

Honor your body now.\u00a0 Thank it for all it has done for you throughout your years together.\u00a0 Thank your body for the support it provides over time.<\/p>\n

What can you do to take better care of it?<\/p>\n

How about a better diet?<\/p>\n

Enough sleep?<\/p>\n

Regular Reiki sessions are wonderful gifts you can give to yourself.<\/p>\n

Journal an entry thanking your body for all the things it has done for you in the past, is doing for you now, and will do for you in the future.<\/p>\n
