For many of us, Winter is still out there.\u00a0 CONNECT with each day and its gradually-increasing light level.<\/p>\n

This is a good opportunity to see, really see, the evergreen trees.<\/p>\n

Are there any winter-flowering plants in your life these days?<\/p>\n

What about the birds that visit at this time of the year?<\/p>\n

A real treat this time of the year is the winter sunset.\u00a0 A winter sunset happens earlier in the day than in the summer.\u00a0 Pause, slow down your breathing, and bring the sunset into your life.<\/p>\n

Today’s sunset is unique to this moment in time. (Tomorrow’s sunset will be different.)\u00a0 This is your chance to absorb a little awe and experience a stilling moment.<\/p>\n

Now, take a deep breath.\u00a0 Imagine a line running from the top of your head to the bottom of your spine.<\/p>\n

Inhale deeply.\u00a0 Fill your lungs.\u00a0 Expand your muscles.\u00a0 Invite some positive energy to fill your body.<\/p>\n
