Asthma is a condition involving severe breathing difficulty due to allergies, emotional and\/or spiritual stress as well as other issues. \u00a0Asthma \u00a0attacks include shortness of breath, cough, generalized wheezing, and abnormal breathing.<\/p>\n
Spiritually, people suffering with asthma seem, to me, to be trying too hard to please others. \u00a0When people are trying to be perfect, they sometimes have trouble standing up for themselves and expressing their feelings. \u00a0Asthma sufferers often feel controlled, hurt, stuck, and caged.<\/p>\n
Asthma is one disease which is rising rapidly in our country. \u00a0Many children suffer with asthma. \u00a0My opinion is that children suffer with asthma when they are pushed toward independence too soon. \u00a0The children may feel insecure. \u00a0The relationship to the mother is important here.<\/p>\n

Eating a diet suitable for asthmatics can significantly improve your health. \u00a0Generally speaking, a vegan diet is \u00a0best for an asthmatic. \u00a0This diet eliminates all animal products. \u00a0Your positive response to this diet might be slow so plan to eat a vegan diet for several months \u00a0before you notice dramatic reduction of asthma symptoms. \u00a0Consult with a nutritionist to make sure \u00a0you are eating the best foods for you and your condition.<\/p>\n
Try to eat pure foods as food additives can contribute to asthma attacks. \u00a0Basically, avoid processed foods as much as possible. \u00a0Stick with fresh, organic foods whenever possible.<\/p>\n
Be sure to get a sufficient amount of omega-3 fatty acids daily.<\/p>\n
Vitamin C, Magnesium, \u00a0and B6 are also helpful.<\/p>\n
