(Find them in the search section).<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve also recommended several books:<\/p>\n<p>My favorites are three meditation books written by Larry Moen.\u00a0 They are:<\/p>\n<p>Meditations for Awakening<\/p>\n<p>Meditations for Transformation<\/p>\n<p>Meditations for Healing<\/p>\n<p>Today, in this article, I share a new meditation which I&#8217;m calling &#8220;A Perfect Place&#8221;.\u00a0 In this meditation, you create your own perfect place.<\/p>\n<p>Begin with a few deep breaths to clear your mind.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/treeswing-TG.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4587\" src=\"https:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/treeswing-TG-300x174.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"174\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/treeswing-TG-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/treeswing-TG-768x445.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/treeswing-TG.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Wait a moment and then imagine yourself in a perfect place, designed just for you.\u00a0 Look around and ask yourself:<\/p>\n<p>What is around you?\u00a0 Are you inside or outside?<\/p>\n<p>Do you see buildings, mountains, roadways, lakes, streams?<\/p>\n<p>Or, do you see a room with a chair waiting for you?\u00a0 Do you see a meeting hall?<\/p>\n<p>What is the weather like outside?\u00a0 Is it snowing, raining,\u00a0 Or is the sun shining?<\/p>\n<p>Do you see people?\u00a0 Are they beside you?\u00a0 Are they smiling or looking away?<\/p>\n<p>Who are these people?\u00a0 How many are they?\u00a0 What are they doing?\u00a0 Is someone coming over to join you?<\/p>\n<p>Are there any animals?\u00a0 Are they pets?\u00a0 Are they wild animals?\u00a0 How are you connected to them?<\/p>\n<p>What are you doing now?\u00a0 Are you walking along a path?\u00a0 Are you sitting on a bench?\u00a0 Are you in a seat in a theater?\u00a0 Are you alone or with others &#8211; humans or animals?<\/p>\n<p>Is this place familiar to you?\u00a0 Do you feel you have ever been here before?\u00a0 Is this space somewhere you have visited in the past?\u00a0 Have you dreamed about it?<\/p>\n<p>How do you feel in this space?<\/p>\n<p>What are you wearing?<\/p>\n<p>Sit for a few moments and let yourself become adjusted to your surroundings.\u00a0 Breathe in the perfect air.\u00a0 Enjoy this perfect place.<\/p>\n<p>You may want to make some notes &#8211;
