Reflexology is one of the world’s most enduring and non-invasive therapies.\u00a0 Reflexology sessions offer a method of reflexing energy points in the feet (or hands). \u00a0These sessions bring healing results to many parts of the body at the same time. \u00a0And, these sessions usually take no more than an hour.<\/p>\n
The principle behind reflexology is that the entire body is mapped out on the feet. \u00a0Important information for us: \u00a0points on the feet relate to every area with a corresponding part in the body.\u00a0 Reflexing these points opens up pathways for healing to begin.<\/p>\n
The spiritual aspect relates to the deeper component where the client’s emotions are found. \u00a0They \u00a0are \u00a0the basis of medical issues or illness. \u00a0They are also \u00a0a manifestation of them. \u00a0They can be liberated by this work.\u00a0 One can certainly be a reflexologist who does the mechanical work without focusing on the spiritual aspect, \u00a0There are many of them.<\/p>\n
Important information is that \u00a0something changes in the hands-on experience of the session when the practitioner’s intention is to wake up the spiritual center.\u00a0 When that happens, the practitioner and the client-partner work together as a team. \u00a0As the intention is released the client-partner finds inner spirit.\u00a0 In that release comes peace and homeostasis, a word you’ll\u00a0 find again and again in this blog.<\/p>\n
