When you connect with your spiritual center – your Divinity – you activate your crown chakra.\u00a0 Likewise, when you feel a connection to the Divine, your crown chakra is open.<\/p>\n

That’s what it’s all about.<\/p>\n

I believe we are spiritual beings having a physical experience.\u00a0 As such, I feel we spend time and energy throughout our lives longing for a return to the Divine.<\/p>\n

This is where we remember who we are.<\/p>\n

The crown chakra is linked to your endocrine system, an important thing to know<\/p>\n

because a balanced endocrine system supports your chakra system.<\/p>\n

When you are connected with your crown chakra, you should experience an ease<\/p>\n

and flow in your daily life.<\/p>\n

Are you trying to deepen your connection to the divine through your crown chakra?<\/p>\n

A good thing to do is to construct an altar.<\/p>\n

Begin with a vessel of clear water to represent mercy and healing energy.<\/p>\n

You may want to select a goddess to teach you.\u00a0 When I first began\u00a0my search,<\/p>\n

Kwan Yin introduced herself to me.\u00a0 Kwan Yin has served me well.\u00a0 I love her<\/p>\n

story.\u00a0 I love her energy.<\/p>\n

You may want to select herbs for your altar.\u00a0 You may already have an<\/p>\n

attachment to some specific herbs.\u00a0 If not, try to find some herbs that will support<\/p>\n

your capacity to grow, align you to the energies you seek.<\/p>\n

When you feel motivated, add 1 or 2 crown chakra gemstones.\u00a0 Again, you may<\/p>\n

already be using amethyst or selenite or some other gemstone.\u00a0 It’s nice to<\/p>\n

already have items for your altar which\u00a0you know and understand.\u00a0 I found<\/p>\n

Herkimer diamonds before I really understood\u00a0their connection to any chakra.<\/p>\n

As time passes, you’ll find essential oils, crystals, and yoga postures to help you<\/p>\n

connect with your crown chakra.\u00a0 They wait for you along your path.<\/p>\n

Crown chakra meditations are important.\u00a0 I’ll post one on my next blog post.<\/p>\n

Meditation calms the chatter and allows your mind to stay focused.<\/p>\n

For me, regular Reiki therapy, reflexology, or other healing sessions can be part<\/p>\n

of your spiritual practice.\u00a0 Different people are drawn to different healing<\/p>\n

techniques.\u00a0 The choice is large.\u00a0 On your journey you may include yoga,<\/p>\n

massage, dietary changes.<\/p>\n

You may select a modality and then, after time, change to another one.\u00a0 Time and<\/p>\n

journey indicate different modalities.<\/p>\n

Each chakra offers a different focus on our spiritual journey.\u00a0 All of them work<\/p>\n

together to enhance health, happiness, and harmony.<\/p>\n
