Your heart chakra is a holy place – holding your ability to heal – in all the many ways – heal yourself, others, all the people in all the places in all the times.<\/p>\n

Your heart chakra is a holy place – holding your ability to heal – situations, places, the planet, the universe.<\/p>\n

If you are working on yourself, your health, your job, your family, your community,\u00a0 begin with work on your heart chakra.<\/p>\n

Align yourself with your heart chakra.<\/p>\n

Noticeable changes will permeate your entire being.<\/p>\n

Meditation opens and balances your energy fields.\u00a0 The\u00a0 heart meditation\u00a0 written for you below intends to boost, and cleanse:<\/p>\n

Begin by finding a comfortable position in a safe,quiet space.\u00a0 Close your eyes.<\/p>\n

Encourage each in-breath to slowly and completely to fill\u00a0 your body with oxygen, light, and positive energy.<\/p>\n

When you exhale, release toxins, frustration, anxiety, and anything else you don’t need.<\/p>\n

As you breathe in and out, relax completely with slow, deep breaths..<\/p>\n

When you feel relaxed and peaceful, take another deep breath and visualize a light traveling from your feet to the top of your head.\u00a0 This light fills and surrounds your body with love.<\/p>\n

Finally, this light settles at your heart.\u00a0 It has a healing green tint in honor of your heart chakra.\u00a0 See the green energy spiraling at your heart chakra.<\/p>\n

Breathe into this energy now and experience its transformation.<\/p>\n

Inhale and exhale now focusing on your heart chakra.\u00a0 \u00a0Take these breaths as you focus on healing yourself, your life, the planet, the universe.<\/p>\n

See these breaths balancing, boosting, and cleansing all things need healing.<\/p>\n

Take a few extra breaths now to release toxins, frustrations, anxiety,\u00a0 and anything else that you don’t need.<\/p>\n

It is time to return to your room now.\u00a0 Gently open your eyes.<\/p>\n

As you return to your day, take another moment to ground yourself.\u00a0 Feel the floor under your feet.\u00a0 What does the air in the room feel like at this moment?<\/p>\n

Breathe deeply, tensing and then relaxing your entire body.<\/p>\n

Softly tap your thymus in gratitude..<\/p>\n

You can recall the relaxation and feelings of love at any time during the day.<\/p>\n
