phone, fitness watch, computer, and any other piece of equipment with a little blue light, from your bedroom.<\/p>\n<p>NEED MORE TIME?<\/p>\n<p>Eat a meal with your family, or someone you enjoy being around.\u00a0 \u00a0Sometimes the daily grind overwhelms us with stressful information.\u00a0 Time with friends and loved ones can be healing.\u00a0 Plating food and sitting down for a meal can enrich your life and bring joy.<\/p>\n<p>MAKE TIME FOR BLISS.<\/p>\n<p>Book a reflexology or Reiki therapy session.\u00a0 An hour spent on a healer&#8217;s table can be both grounding and can still benefit from lower blood pressure, reduce your stress hormones, and improve your sense of well-being.<\/p>\n<p>PRAY<\/p>\n<p>Prayer is always appropriate, whatever your religious beliefs, or
