Your library should have hand reflexology books on its shelves.<\/p>\n<p>To simplify\u00a0 your hand reflexology journey,\u00a0 I&#8217;ll send you a hand chart and detailed instructions for reflexing your own hands.<\/p>\n<p>Just send me\u00a0 your mailing address to thurmangreco@gmail.com and I&#8217;ll return them to you.\u00a0 \u00a0There is no charge\u00a0 or obligation\u00a0 for this chart and instruction list.<\/p>\n<p>TIP 2<\/p>\n<p>Eat whole, fresh, locally-grown food.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever diet plan you&#8217;ve\u00a0 chosen, this is a good tip for you and your diet.\u00a0 When you say &#8220;Yes!&#8221; to fresh foods,\u00a0 you minimize\u00a0 processed, packaged, shipped products.<\/p>\n<p>When you eat fresh, your food will taste better.\u00a0 Your calories will not be so empty.\u00a0 Your food will be authentic.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll find\u00a0 authentic food on the outer perimeter of your local food store or at a nearby farmers market.<\/p>\n<p>TIP 3<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t skip your breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>This meal can be anything from a serving of yogurt to a platter of eggs,\u00a0 bacon, and a hearty whole grain bagel.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever you choose for your breakfast,\u00a0 include powerful berries.\u00a0 Their\u00a0 antioxidents can&#8217;t be overemphasized.\u00a0 Let a banana\u00a0 give you the potassium you need.<\/p>\n<p>TIP 4<\/p>\n<p>Skip the sugar.\u00a0 This doesn&#8217;t have to be a shock to your system.\u00a0 Begin sugar avoidance by skipping it one day a week.\u00a0 On this day, instead of sugar,\u00a0 include a sugar substitute on any food or in any beverage you would ordinarily use sugar.<\/p>\n<p>There are many brands available.\u00a0 Try several until you find one you like.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel weird without sugar, snack on some chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>TIP 5<\/p>\n<p>Water! Water!
