Homeostasis needs to be returned to your body.  Do not ignore your pain.  It has something to say to you.  Let it have a voice.<br \/>\nThere are several questions which a Reflexology for the Spirit practitioner needs to ask the client partner:<br \/>\nWhere is the pain?<br \/>\nHow long have you had this pain?<br \/>\nHow does it manifest itself?  Does it &#8220;come and go&#8221;?  Does the pain  appear when you move a certain way?&#8221;<br \/>\nWhat color is this pain?<br \/>\nWhat does the pain feel like?  Is it sharp?  Is it like &#8220;pins and needles&#8221;?  Is it a dull throb?<br \/>\nWhat does this pain look like?<br \/>\nDoes this pain have a voice?  What does it say?<br \/>\nWhat do you need to do to release this pain?<br \/>\nAs a reflexology for the spirit practitioner, work the feet in such a way as to nurture the whole person:  the physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, genetic person.<br \/>\nWe know there is pain when we encounter resistance anywhere in the foot.  Our job as a practitioner is to support the client partner on the journey to finding the cause, and dealing with the issues, not only physically but spiritually.  We also need to help our client partners release the pain as they release the past which may be causing the pain.<br \/>\nThe client partner needs to address the physical issues:  seeing a physician, physical therapist, massage therapist is very important.
