A Reiki\u00a0 moment surfaced several years ago when a co-worker embarked on a diet.\u00a0 100+ pounds overweight,\u00a0 when she told her husband her plans, he didn’t hesitate :<\/p>\n

“NO. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU IF YOU GO ON A DIET. ”<\/p>\n

My co-worker was rewriting her destiny and he simply didn’t\u00a0 want to share her experience.<\/p>\n

It was time for Reiki.<\/p>\n

Diets are all about\u00a0 weight loss and spiritual offloading.<\/p>\n

As your diet progresses,\u00a0 you first become more conscious of yourself and others.<\/p>\n

Second, you become responsible for your own healing.<\/p>\n

Third,\u00a0 you make changes to support\u00a0 your wellbeing.<\/p>\n

Many times, when you release your past, you understand how it connects with\u00a0 \u00a0your present\u00a0 situation.<\/p>\n

Do you want to make necessary changes in your life?\u00a0 This moment offers three paths.<\/p>\n

First, this\u00a0 moment sometimes stops the diet completely.\u00a0 Second, your weight loss may pause for several days.\u00a0 Or, third, the weight loss continues on.<\/p>\n

Whatever happens, this is a good time to add regular Reiki sessions to your schedule.<\/p>\n

When it comes to Reiki therapy, most of us never give it a second thought\u00a0 – until we need it.<\/p>\n

Why do you need Reiki?\u00a0 What can it do for you?\u00a0 Again, the situation offers three options:<\/p>\n

Do you know\u00a0 about Reiki?\u00a0 Have you received Reiki in the past?\u00a0 Do you receive sessions now?<\/p>\n

Jump right in!\u00a0 Take a Reiki 1 class.\u00a0 Then a Reiki 2 class.<\/p>\n

That’s how I learned Reiki.\u00a0 I knew I needed it but didn’t even really know what it was.\u00a0 I looked around for a teacher and scheduled an introductory (Reiki 1) class from Mary Ruth Van Landingham at Terra Christa in Vienna, Virginia.<\/p>\n

For starters,\u00a0 Reiki offered me a spiritual support system when I needed it.\u00a0 Neither religion nor cult, Reiki is a destiny tool\u00a0 giving\u00a0 me much when I was open to its light touch.<\/p>\n

Second, I found Reiki when it was time to change my old patterns and declare freedom from some baggage I’d been dragging around for years.\u00a0 I wanted to\u00a0 see beyond a limited reality.<\/p>\n

It worked.\u00a0 I saw\u00a0 an expanded one, filled with light.<\/p>\n

When I became a\u00a0 Reiki practitioner, I sent the light.<\/p>\n

Third, you won’t read much about Reiki in diet books, but it’s there for you.\u00a0 It works well and smooths the transition to your new life when you rewrite your destiny.<\/p>\n

What more can you ask for?<\/p>\n
