A migraine is a severe headache usually affecting only one side of the head. It’s often preceded by flashes of light, a spot, or a flickering in the center of the field of vision. Nausea and dizziness often accompany migraines. Even though the causes are still unknown, a migraine is believed to be brought on by allergies, cardiovascular problems, disturbances in blood circulation in the brain, exhaustion, high blood pressure, glandular imbalance, and stress.
\nMigraines definitely have a spiritual component. Persons suffering with migraines are resisting the daily events of life. There is also a sexual fear inherent in persons with migraines. Learning to “go with the flow” is an important lesson here.
\nWORK THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS WHEN ADDRESSING MIGRAIN HEADACHES: Work the endocrine system focusing on the pituitary gland and adrenal gland reflexes, work the nervous system focusing on the brain reflexes, work the circulatory system focusing on the heart reflex, work the urinary system focusing on the kidney reflexes.
\nRegular sessions will promote much needed homeostasis.
\nWork the solar plexus and the liver.
