The first list is the list of food which are good for your nervous system.<br \/>\nThe second list is the list of foods which are considered to be most nutritious foods on that list.<br \/>\nPlease let me know if having the two lists is too complicated.  After all, there&#8217;s no sense in offering information if it can&#8217;t be used.<br \/>\nIMPROVEMENTS TO BE EXPECTED FROM REFLEXOLOGY FOR THE SPIRIT SESSIONS TO THE NERVOUS SYSTEM INCLUDE:<br \/>\nRegular Reflexology for the Spirit sessions create a strong feeling of wellbeing.
