an Easy Step to Better Health"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/breathe1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1748\" src=\"http:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/breathe1-300x214.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/breathe1-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/reflexologyforthespirit.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/breathe1.jpg 570w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I often go through a good bit of my day without even thinking about how I&#8217;m breathing, forgetting completely that the easiest and most powerful way to stay healthy and promote good longevity is breathing right.<\/p>\n<p>When we&#8217;re faced with traffic snarls, an unhappy coworker, a missed deadline at work, lack of exercise, or children with stuffy noses, automatic stress responses are all too common.\u00a0 Our breathing becomes shallow, rapid.<\/p>\n<p>Heart rates speed up, neck muscles tighten, teeth grind, and on and on.<\/p>\n<p>There is something you can do.<\/p>\n<p>You can learn &#8211;
