In the spirit of the holiday season, I thank each of you for supporting my work and following my journey to wellness for us all.<\/p>\n

This has been a busy year for me.\u00a0 Without your support, none of this year would have happened.\u00a0 However, you found my work and you have purchased my book and read my blogs.\u00a0 I thank you.\u00a0 Sincerely.<\/p>\n

Each new reader who learns something new and useful about\u00a0 Reflexology\u00a0 for the Spirit and wellness is important to me.\u00a0 You inspire me to seek\u00a0 new ways to expand this learning.\u00a0 \u00a0I’m currently blogging articles about longevity, a subject we can all be interested in.\u00a0 I Hope you find these posts interesting and practical! Thank you.<\/p>\n

I hope you’ll continue reading to learn more about Reflexology for the Spirit and wellness. as well as my other projects.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0I’ve\u00a0 spent many hours on the second hunger book.\u00a0 “The Ketchup Sandwich Chronicles” should be completely finished by the end of 2019.\u00a0 I’m continuing to blog about hunger in “Hunger is not a Disease.”<\/p>\n

That has mostly come to a conclusion so I plan to begin writing\u00a0 the second Healer’s Handbook soon.\u00a0 \u00a0The books outline includes much more\u00a0 information than I put in the original handbook which is now in it’s second edition.<\/p>\n
