In 1513 Juan Ponce de Leon went exploring for the fountain of youth in what is now Florida. \u00a0He found it and it exists. \u00a0A branch of it is probably at a fitness center in your community. \u00a0I found one in my community. \u00a0It’s called the Fitness Connection and is on Albany Avenue in Kingston, New York.<\/p>\n

There is a branch of the Fountain of Youth within reach of you. \u00a0Can you name one? \u00a0Do you use one? \u00a0Regularly?<\/p>\n

Being tuned into the Fountain of Youth is important. \u00a0Don’t ever mistake this. \u00a0But, it’s also important to be healed. \u00a0The quality of your life will be much better when you can forgive those who injured you in some way. \u00a0Forgiveness opens the door to healing.<\/p>\n

Without forgiveness, we go through our daily life carrying \u00a0anger, blame, fear, guilt, hurt, regret, resentment, revenge, sadness.<\/p>\n

Getting rid of \u00a0negative baggage can change your life for the better.<\/p>\n

Begin to release this negative baggage by listing the people in your life who you need to forgive. \u00a0Include yourself in this list if you blame your self for things as well. (Don’t we all?)<\/p>\n

Now, spend some time each day \u00a0forgiving those who need forgiveness. \u00a0You are forgiving people for yourself…nothing more. \u00a0You know that when you offer forgiveness, miracles can occur.<\/p>\n

Don’t worry about the person anymore. \u00a0You are releasing this person’s energy into the universe. \u00a0You are releasing this person’s karmic connection to yourself. \u00a0You are cutting the cords which have been binding you together.<\/p>\n

Healing you never expected will \u00a0take place.<\/p>\n

How does forgiveness \u00a0happen? \u00a0How can you make this work for you?<\/p>\n

Sit for a few minutes \u00a0in a quiet place and offer forgiveness to each person individually:<\/p>\n

“I offer forgiveness to ………………………….. \u00a0I forgive you for …………………………………..<\/p>\n

Now, I \u00a0am free and you are free, too. \u00a0I release you to your divine plan of life. \u00a0Everything between us is cleared up, now and forever.”<\/p>\n

When you have forgiven everyone you can remember, go into your past lives and offer forgiveness to those \u00a0who need it:<\/p>\n

“I offer forgiveness to everyone in my past life who has damaged me in some way. \u00a0I forgive everyone for whatever he\/she did. \u00a0Now, I am free and you are free, too. \u00a0I release you now. \u00a0Everything between us is cleared up, now and forever.”<\/p>\n

These forgiveness meditations may take more than a day. \u00a0Actually, they may take several weeks or even months. \u00a0Don’t worry about this. \u00a0Take whatever time is necessary. \u00a0Forgive a \u00a0person or few persons each day when you have a few moments.<\/p>\n

As you do this, notice how you feel when this happens. \u00a0Notice how much better you feel with each meditation. \u00a0Notice how much better you look. \u00a0Notice how much younger you act. \u00a0Notice how much excess weight you are losing.<\/p>\n

You may not observe any changes immediately. \u00a0However, you will begin to see yourself, your environment, and your world improved, healed, more beautiful.<\/p>\n

As you forgive people and release them to their divine plans…<\/p>\n

You will feel better.<\/p>\n

Your vocabulary will change.<\/p>\n

Your thoughts will be positive.<\/p>\n

You will feel free.<\/p>\n

You will feel light.<\/p>\n

Replace the negativity with love.<\/p>\n

Bring love alive in your life.<\/p>\n

Eat, sleep, and breathe love.<\/p>\n

ENJOY!<\/p>\n
