Occasionally your client partners need a bit of special attention. \u00a0Life events create a need for a spiritual affirmation. \u00a0A Reflexology Spa Treatment for the Spirit can be just what is needed. \u00a0 This session honors the part of the body \u00a0beyond the bones and muscles.<\/p>\n

Begin this session plan by selecting the essential oil you’ll use. \u00a0My preferred essential oils for a Spiritual Spa Session include:<\/p>\n

bergamot<\/p>\n

clary sage<\/p>\n

frankincense<\/p>\n

galbanum<\/p>\n

juniper<\/p>\n

lavender<\/p>\n

Roman chamomile<\/p>\n

Once the oil has been selected, you’ll be guided to choose the music. \u00a0the decor. \u00a0When you book this Spiritual appointment, discuss and choose the oil.<\/p>\n

Whatever oil and music you choose, make your selections \u00a0both \u00a0powerful and healing. \u00a0Have the music \u00a0playing when your client partner enters your healing space.<\/p>\n

For this spiritual session make your client partner comfortable on your healing table and then wash his\/her \u00a0feet using warm, wet towels. \u00a0Once your client partner’s feet are washed, wrap them in warm dry towels.<\/p>\n

Anoint your client partner with the selected essential oil. \u00a0Apply several drops of the chosen oil to both your client partner’s hands. \u00a0Encourage your client partner to rub his\/her \u00a0palms together and then wipe them over the face, head, halo, aura.<\/p>\n

Move to your client partner’s head and bring in Reiki. \u00a0Offer three Reiki holds to the head.<\/p>\n

Now, move to your client partner’s feet. \u00a0Anoint your client partner’s feet with a lotion to which you’ve added a small amount of the selected essential oil.<\/p>\n

Now, offer five minutes of delicious warm ups to your client partner’s first foot. \u00a0While you do this, leave the other foot wrapped in the warm towel.<\/p>\n

Follow this with twenty \u00a0minutes of specific reflexology offered to reflex points chosen to encourage spiritual therapy. \u00a0Work the reflex points in the following order:<\/p>\n

1. \u00a0 solar plexus<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0 pituitary gland<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0pineal gland<\/p>\n

4. thymus<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0adrenal glands<\/p>\n

6. ovary\/ testicle<\/p>\n

7. \u00a0heart<\/p>\n

8. \u00a0spine<\/p>\n

9. \u00a0\u00a0intestines<\/p>\n

10. \u00a0Chakras<\/p>\n

11. \u00a0Now, finish this part of the session by returning to the solar plexus and liver.<\/p>\n

Offer five minutes of warm downs as you complete the work on the first foot.<\/p>\n

Now, cover the first foot with the warm towel and move to the other foot where you will offer five minutes of warm ups, \u00a0and twenty minutes of spiritual focus on the second food.<\/p>\n

Now, offer five minutes of gentle warm downs on the second \u00a0foot as you complete the reflexology part of this session.<\/p>\n

It is now time to offer three Reiki therapy holds to both feet and then close the Reiki part of the session.<\/p>\n

This has been a deep session. \u00a0Your client partner needs a few moments to return to “now”. \u00a0Gently cover both feet with warm towels, leave him\/her alone for a moment as you prepare a glass of water and offer it to your client partner.<\/p>\n

Quietly visit with your client partner as you end the session. \u00a0This \u00a0may take a few extra moments for your client partner prepares \u00a0to return to “now”.<\/p>\n
