The sixth Chakra reflex point is located on the lower parts of the toe pads. \u00a0This is where the pituitary gland, eyes, and ears are located.<\/p>\n

Sixth Chakra issues include<\/p>\n

insight\/denial<\/p>\n

intuition<\/p>\n

illusion\/delusion<\/p>\n

trust<\/p>\n

visualization<\/p>\n

psychic abilities<\/p>\n

IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO LEARN ABOUT SIXTH CHAKRA ISSUES WITHOUT QUESTIONING.<\/p>\n

Am I able to see the bigger picture?<\/p>\n

Can I see when my ego is in charge?<\/p>\n

How can my life be better?<\/p>\n

Can I make this happen?<\/p>\n

Can I set aside time for self-reflection?<\/p>\n

Do I know myself?<\/p>\n

Am I blocking my creative ideas?<\/p>\n

Are those around me blocking my creative thoughts?<\/p>\n

Am I holding onto emotions which I should be releasing?<\/p>\n

Am I gaining insight into myself?<\/p>\n

Am I working to increase intuition?<\/p>\n

Does my heart agree \u00a0with my mind?<\/p>\n

Am I working to make life better?<\/p>\n

Can I see the “bigger picture”?<\/p>\n

Am I able to encourage intuitive dreams?<\/p>\n

Am I able to encourage and manifest realities from visions?<\/p>\n

Tuning into the conscious and subconscious mind is a sixth \u00a0Chakra issue. \u00a0There is a balance which needs to be achieved. \u00a0 \u00a0At one end of the line, we have a person whose mind functions on the rational level only. \u00a0When this happens, the person has difficulty visualizing things mentally and subtle communication is difficult to \u00a0 understand. \u00a0 This person also has trouble seeing opportunities offered by dreams or intuitive thoughts.\u00a0The other end of the line is a person who lives in a fantasy and may be delusional. \u00a0When the sixth Chakra is is healthy, the person is able to balance the rational and the intuitive.<\/p>\n

A balanced sixth Chakra is in tune with our senses as well as both the conscious and subconscious mind. \u00a0The sixth Chakra is then able to regulate the energy channels of the other Chakras.<\/p>\n

As with the other Chakras, Reflexology for the Spirit Sessions offer homeostasis which balance all of the body systems.<\/p>\n

Reiki therapy sessions balance the Chakras. \u00a0People with 6th Chakra issues respond positively to distant healing Reiki therapy sessions.<\/p>\n

To help balance your sixth Chakra, take time to meditate on the ocean. \u00a0As you do this, you will be able to calm an overactive mind. \u00a0This encourages<\/p>\n

It will also encourage insight. \u00a0As people gain insight into themselves, they invite spiritual growth and development.<\/p>\n

It’s easy to tell how centered the 6th Chakra is by observing a person’s eyes and ears. \u00a0Sight and hearing issues are related to 6th Chakra imbalances. \u00a0Other issues related to 6th Chakra imbalances include<\/p>\n

insomnia and other sleep problems<\/p>\n

frequent nightmares<\/p>\n

feelings of despair<\/p>\n

depression<\/p>\n

When you work with your client partner’s 6th Chakra, you offer the opporunity to help him\/her clear out past issues and problems to make way for the new life which is waiting.<\/p>\n
