The fifth Chakra reflex point is located on the necks of the toes on both feet. \u00a0This is where the throat, thyroid, neck, mouth, jaw, ears, teeth, and gums are located.<\/p>\n

Fifth Chakra issues include:<\/p>\n

listening<\/p>\n

communication<\/p>\n

truth<\/p>\n

self expression<\/p>\n

IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO LEARN ABOUT FIFTH CHAKRA ISSUES WITHOUT QUESTIONING:<\/p>\n

Am I afraid to express my opinions?<\/p>\n

Do I \u00a0ever lie about issues?<\/p>\n

Am I \u00a0unable to express my creative potential?<\/p>\n

Do I \u00a0never let others express themselves?<\/p>\n

Do I \u00a0ever voice my opinions?<\/p>\n

Do I hide my creative potential?<\/p>\n

Am I afraid to step into my \u00a0power?<\/p>\n

Do I \u00a0lack self confidence?<\/p>\n

Am I \u00a0afraid to fail?<\/p>\n

Do I \u00a0use my \u00a0voice to hurt others?<\/p>\n

Do I use my \u00a0voice to help others?<\/p>\n

Can I \u00a0keep a promise?<\/p>\n

Do I express myself honestly?<\/p>\n

Do I gossip?<\/p>\n

Do I get a lot of sore throats?<\/p>\n

Am I sometimes unable to speak?<\/p>\n

Do I cough a lot?<\/p>\n

Do I have gum and teeth problems?<\/p>\n

Am I psychic?<\/p>\n

Communication is the focus of the fifth Chakra. \u00a0Focusing on the fifth Chakra develops listening on different levels.<\/p>\n

The fifth Chakra is located on the pathway between the heart (the fourth Chakra) and the mind (the seventh Chakra). \u00a0The throat Chakra develops issues when a person can accept a truth or concept in the fourth Chakra (heart) but not in the seventh Chakra (mind).<\/p>\n

I saw a lot of this happening after the tragedy of 9-11. \u00a0Many of my client partners began to suffer with throat Chakra problems.<\/p>\n

With a balanced fifth Chakra, we are able to listen in subtle ways that we were unaware of before. \u00a0We can then become more aware of energetic surroundings. \u00a0We are aware of the harmonic vibrations around us.<\/p>\n

As with the other Chakras, Reflexology for the Spirit sessions offer homeostasis,, which is the balance of all body systems.<\/p>\n

Reiki therapy sessions balance the Chakras \u00a0This is important when working the fifth Chakra.<\/p>\n

Cleanses remove emotional, \u00a0mental, and physical toxins. \u00a0As \u00a0toxins leave the body, space is made for subtle communication to take place. \u00a0Intuitive communication becomes easier.<\/p>\n

Meditation can facilitate a balanced throat Chakra – especially if you can meditate in silence. \u00a0So much of our lives are bombarded with sounds. \u00a0Give yourself a few moments when you focus inward. \u00a0Give yourself a few minutes without \u00a0bombarding \u00a0 sound. \u00a0Try to set aside a few minutes when you do \u00a0not talk, listen to voices, or mix with people.<\/p>\n

On another meditation, take yourself out to the edge of the edge of the heavens.<\/p>\n

It’s easy to tell how centered the fifth Chakra is by observing a person’s neck. \u00a0Is the person in pain?<\/p>\n

If your neck is uncomfortable, rotate your head slowly in different directions.<\/p>\n

When you work with your client partner’s fifth Chakra, you offer him\/her the opportunity to find inner peace through deep listening. \u00a0The fifth Chakra is based on vibrations. \u00a0Helping your client partner become aware of these sounds \u00a0can offer dramatic change to his\/her life. \u00a0This is how the answer to the age old question is found: \u00a0“What is my truth?”<\/p>\n
