The fourth Chakra reflex point is found on the ball of the foot. \u00a0This is where we find the \u00a0heart, lungs, breasts, thymus gland, shoulders. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fourth Chakra issues include:<\/span><\/p>\n

self esteem<\/span><\/p>\n

personal power<\/span><\/p>\n

intimacy<\/span><\/p>\n

forgiveness<\/span><\/p>\n

IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO LEARN ABOUT FOURTH CHAKRA ISSUES WITHOUT QUESTIONING: \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Are you able to express your emotions?<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you need to protect yourself?<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you have problems giving and receiving love?<\/span><\/p>\n

Are you living a divided life?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Have you created a protective barrier around your heart?<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you have trouble forgiving people?<\/p>\n

Do you fear rejection?<\/p>\n

Do you feel vulnerable?<\/p>\n

Is it physically\/emotionally painful to move forward in life?<\/p>\n

Are you hiding your true self from others?<\/p>\n

Grief is a fourth Chakra issue. \u00a0We know as Reflexology for the Spirit practitioners that grief is housed in the ball of the foot – the heart – the lungs.<\/p>\n

The fourth Chakra builds on the lower three Chakras \u00a0as our thoughts and dreams take on language, expression. \u00a0The fourth Chakra is where the moment of inspiration which took place in the first Chakra, now becomes entire paragraphs, both spoken and written.<\/p>\n

The fourth Chakra links the spiritual and physical bodies as well as their issues. \u00a0This is because the fourth Chakra is the our energetic center, \u00a0working to fuse the physical and spiritual bodies.<\/p>\n

When this happens, we are able to touch others as well as allowing them \u00a0to touch our lives. \u00a0The goal is unconditional love. \u00a0A good way to get insight about unconditional love is to pay attention to cats and dogs, 2 creatures which practice unconditional love routinely.<\/p>\n

Our heart Chakra \u00a0pulls us into relationships involving<\/p>\n

intimacy<\/p>\n

risk<\/p>\n

forgiveness<\/p>\n

sensitivities<\/p>\n

fear<\/p>\n

grief.<\/p>\n

Grief is an important fourth Chakra issue. \u00a0Grief blocks fourth Chakra energy. \u00a0 Letting go of grief and wounding opens our hearts.<\/p>\n

The state of the fourth Chakra is easily seen in one’s posture. \u00a0People suffering with heart Chakra issues may be<\/p>\n

round-shouldered<\/p>\n

sunken-chested<\/p>\n

stiff<\/p>\n

rigid.<\/p>\n

Unbalanced fourth Chakras can also been seen in people with heart and respiratory problems. \u00a0Heart surgery can have a direct impact on the heart Chakra.<\/p>\n

Meditations can be important. \u00a0Meditations focusing on:<\/p>\n

grief<\/p>\n

heart opening<\/p>\n

breathing<\/p>\n

can help balance the fourth Chakra.<\/p>\n

When you work with your client partner’s fourth Chakra, you offer the opportunity to help him\/her release grief. \u00a0It’s in the fourth Chakra that we find<\/p>\n

an open heart,<\/p>\n

the energy to give,<\/p>\n

and a straighter body.<\/p>\n
