The thyroid is a small endocrine gland found at the base of the neck. \u00a0The spirituality of the thyroid, a challenging issue, \u00a0is evident because \u00a0it’s an endocrine gland. \u00a0 The thyroid functions as the “gas pedal” of our bodies, facilitating energy and strength.<\/p>\n

More women than men suffer with thyroid issues. \u00a0They’re \u00a0difficult to diagnose. \u00a0The tests are \u00a0not accurate enough to properly find a mildly troubled thyroid. \u00a0For some, an untreated thyroid issue is very difficult to live with.<\/p>\n

Menopausal women \u00a0ask spiritual questions as their lives move into a new phase. \u00a0The spirituality of the thyroid, a challenging issue is “front and center” here.<\/p>\n

An underactive thyroid causes depression, weight gain, low energy, hair loss, dry skin, mental dullness, and sleep disorders.<\/p>\n

Sit quietly and allow Mary, \u00a0Queen of Angels, to come to you. \u00a0When you feel her presence, \u00a0open your eyes, ears, and heart. \u00a0Her teachings offer compassion, courage, and vitality.<\/p>\n

At first, you may feel nothing. \u00a0However, after a few sessions, you will feel Mary’s presence \u00a0in some way. \u00a0She will answer your questions around universal truths.<\/p>\n

It’s not necessary to be a Catholic to receive Mary’s teachings. \u00a0It’s not even necessary to be a Christian. \u00a0Nor is it necessary to \u00a0believe in God. \u00a0Mary’s compassion is open to all.<\/p>\n

Mary, Queen of Angels, is an icon of wholeness. \u00a0We can all \u00a0seek Mary’s truths when the challenges of the spirituality of the thyroid seem to be overwhelming.<\/p>\n

Sit with Mary for short periods several times a week as you seek her wisdom and insight.<\/p>\n
