Our sinuses are very spiritual. \u00a0They:<\/p>\n

are connected to our sense of smell which moves back and forth through time as aromas and scents are drawn in through our nose.<\/p>\n

give resonance to the voice, so important to communication.<\/p>\n

are \u00a0front line protection against foreign invaders as they prevent dust, germs, and other foreign particles from entering the lungs.<\/p>\n

reduce the weight of the skull because they are empty cavities. \u00a0This is important because the skull sits on small neck bones.<\/p>\n

A gift \u00a0you can give to your sinuses is work them in \u00a0self-administered reflexology sessions. \u00a0Sinuses love reflexology, especially \u00a0hand reflexology.<\/p>\n

Short meditations also help the sinuses offer more protection.<\/p>\n

Begin by finding a quiet, safe place.<\/p>\n

Breathe in and out consciously for about 2 minutes. \u00a0Breathe slowly and mindfully. \u00a0Allow your \u00a0breathing to become regular, grounded.<\/p>\n

As you breathe, allow your sinuses to clear and heal. \u00a0Offer your sinuses an opportunity to function at their maximum health, and well-being level.<\/p>\n

At this point, \u00a0speak to your inner self. \u00a0Give yourself permission to feel safe, protected, lovingly cared for….out of harm’s way.<\/p>\n

Now, relax for a minute or two. \u00a0Close your eyes and visualize \u00a0receiving caring attention and support.<\/p>\n

End this session by moving slowly for a minute.<\/p>\n
