We are deep in emotional\/spiritual territory with the sciatic nerves. \u00a0Once a person experiences sciatic pain, the issues are pretty serious.<\/p>\n

The sciatic nerves run from the center of the back down the leg. \u00a0When sciatic nerves confront issues, the pain goes from the back and down the leg(s).<\/p>\n

Medical help is often necessary\u00a0to relieve the pain. \u00a0However, to deal with the emotional\/spiritual issues, a different kind of work is also needed.<\/p>\n

Nerve issues are concerned with communication, sensitivity, standing up for oneself. \u00a0Core beliefs are involved because the pain goes through the back. \u00a0Moving forward is a challenge because the legs are involved.<\/p>\n

When I see a person suffering with sciatic pain, I often see someone who needs to go in a different direction and for whatever reason is having a difficult time with this. \u00a0 The feeling is that things are almost impossible.<\/p>\n

Sometimes the person needs more support. \u00a0Coping with everything alone is just getting to be too hard.<\/p>\n

At other times, insight is needed regarding what is actually happening here. The person is suffering at the spiritual\/emotional level and the physical body follows up with sciatic issues.<\/p>\n

At the bottom of these issues is fear:<\/p>\n

fear of one’s survival<\/p>\n

fear of money issues<\/p>\n

fear of rejection<\/p>\n

fear of honesty<\/p>\n

Give yourself this supportive meditation. \u00a0Work with it until you’re comfortable with it. \u00a0 Once that happens, you can have much needed positive outcomes.<\/p>\n

Begin this meditation by finding a safe, quiet place where you \u00a0focus for a few minutes.<\/p>\n

Breathe in positive, supportive energy and breathe out any negativity and fear you may be experiencing. \u00a0Breathe for 1-2 minutes in this way.<\/p>\n

Then, create a spiritual support group for yourself. \u00a0Invite in positive energy you need to overcome the fear. \u00a0Invite in angels and archangels. \u00a0Include ascended masters if you want or saints. \u00a0Invite in whomever you feel can help you in a positive way.<\/p>\n

What’s important is that you invite in those you feel can be supportive.<\/p>\n

One by one, invite members of your spiritual support group to come take a seat beside you.<\/p>\n

Allow these supportive group members to \u00a0support you and help you move forward to overcome issues \u00a0causing fear. \u00a0Allow them to offer advice and insight into your situation.<\/p>\n

After a few minutes it’s time for your support group members to go.<\/p>\n

Remember to invite your supportive group circle to offer you encouragement whenever you feel the need. \u00a0When you invite them in, you are taking steps to overcome your issues.<\/p>\n

Remember to invite them in to support you when you are concerned about the future and what it brings. \u00a0Invite them to help you cope with doubts and fears. \u00a0Share your emotional pain and anxiety.<\/p>\n

When the session is over, remember to thank these spiritual supporters for all they are doing to help you through this difficult time.<\/p>\n
