The brain is, of course, very spiritual.<\/p>\n

The brain is like a computer with a lot of \u00a0storage. \u00a0Now, about the mind: \u00a0no one really knows how the mind works…certainly not I. \u00a0A question often asked is this: \u00a0do thoughts come from within or without? \u00a0I think thoughts come from both within and without.<\/p>\n

There’s a strong connection between what happens in our spiritual lives, our emotional lives and our bodies. \u00a0The roles played by our brain and mind are extremely important to our overall health. \u00a0The connection between what happens in our daily lives and our bodies is intimate, strong. \u00a0These parts (mind, body, brain, spirit, emotion) all respond to one another.<\/p>\n

Our spiritual lives and our emotional lives offer information to our brains and bodies. \u00a0 This information subsequently becomes reality. \u00a0Thoughts \u00a0and feelings have their own energy.<\/p>\n

When I write about the brain, it’s impossible to omit the abdominal brain. \u00a0The brain receives more messages from the intestines then it sends to the intestines. \u00a0For me, this increases the importance of the abdominal brain. \u00a0(I will be expanding on abdominal brain information in future posts.)<\/p>\n

Negative thoughts, worries, anger, feelings, stress are mental static. \u00a0Sit quietly in a private space and bring up \u00a0negativity, worries, stress. \u00a0Tune them out. \u00a0Focus on eliminating \u00a0all negative events and activities from your life.<\/p>\n

After this exercise, get yourself a glass jar with a lid, a piece of paper, and a pencil or pen. \u00a0List all negative worries, stresses, depressing events\/thoughts, boredom, patterns, memories on the paper. \u00a0Remove the lid from the glass jar and put the paper in the jar. \u00a0Replace the lid on the jar and screw it closed. \u00a0Put the jar in the trash. \u00a0Discard the trash.<\/p>\n

In the next day or so, return to this quiet, private space and focus on healing and regeneration of \u00a0self. \u00a0Encourage your body to build health, vitality. \u00a0Begin incorporating the following words in your vocabulary:<\/p>\n

gratitude<\/p>\n

humility<\/p>\n

forgiveness.<\/p>\n
